WE CANNOT GUARANTEE attendance numbers. We are hoping for around 2,000 people to attend the event throughout the day.
The 90 minutes of admission is reserved for early-bird ticket holders.
We will also be selling late entry tickets from 2pm.
The car park has a capacity of 700 however as most attendees stay for a few hours, we could theoretically support up to 1500 cars. A team of marshals will manage the car park until 1pm to ensure maximum occupancy.
Tables costs range from £50 to £180 depending on SIZE ONLY. We do not charge for extras such as location, access to plug sockets, etc.
Each table is approximately 6ft wide by 2ft to 2ft 6″ deep. Stalls are arrange with single, double, quadruple and even sextuple.
Each stall will have at least two chairs.
Each stall will have a minimum of 3ft space behind the last table and the customer walkways will be around 7.5ft wide or more
NO – We do not supply covers.
Whilst not mandated it is strongly recommended that traders bring table cloths for their stalls. Each table is between 6ft long and 2-2.5ft wide
NO ! – The event and its layout has been approved by the venue and is setup with health and safety at its core. Movement of tables can cause narrowing of isles which is not only annoying for your customers but may impede exit during an emergency.

YES as long as they are safe, secure, within your pitch area and not affixed to the venue walls.
You can setup from 12noon until 4pm on Friday 17th October 2025. You can also setup from 6.45am on the day of the event.
The loading doors are closed at 9am so you must have unloaded by this time. Patrons will be allowed into the venue from 9.30am. You can pack up from 4.20pm
You will have free parking immediately behind the Main Arena with a 6 meter wide loading door.
Marshalls will be onsite from 6.45am to 6pm to help direct you.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are in the activities hall, setup is only available on the Saturday.
NO. Only assistance dogs are allowed.
NO! – Background music will be each hall to help the atmosphere
We provide free WIfi HOWEVER you must not use the WiFi for tv/film streaming/watching/downloading. This is so that the WiFi is reliable for everybody.
You may use the WiFi to connect your payment terminals (such as SumUp)
NO – We have a NO refund policy. All pitch sales are full and final.
NO – Stalls are NOT TRANSFERABLE
All stalls will be checked before the public enter – Any Unauthorired traders will be removed.
A canteen is at the venue with seating for at least 50 people. The canteen is next door to the main arena serving hot food and drinks all day long.
If you prefer a stroll, Springfields outlet shopping is just a 5 min walk with plenty of food and drink options.
You can also bring food with you as long as you clear up after yourself.
Yes there are toilets onsite in the corridor leading up to the main arena
FIRE – There are 4 fire exits from the main hall (see Trader floor map) – All Traders are to meet in the top left of the car park – If the fire alarm is not active and you see a fire alarm button – PRESS IT!
MINOR MEDICAL – St John Ambulance will be in attendance to provide first aid – They will be based in the activities centre but can be contacted through any of our marshalls.
