We welcomed over 3,000 attendees over the weekend. The card show had just over 1,000 in the queue by show open, including a few who were there from 6.30am.

Can I bring a helper

Yes, you may bring up to 4 people for your stall. If you need to bring more, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm approval.

Do you provide a free Wifi?

We provide free WiFi; however, streaming, watching, or downloading TV/films is not allowed. This ensures the connection remains reliable for everyone.
You’re welcome to use the WiFi for payment terminals (e.g., SumUp)

I’ve booked a stall but can no longer attend – am I eligible for a refund?

No – We operate a no-refund policy. All pitch sales are final.

Do you provide table cloths?

No – We don’t provide covers.
While not required, we strongly recommend that traders bring tablecloths for their stalls. Each table measures approximately 6ft in length and 2–2.5ft in width.

Can I bring my own tables?

NO ! – The event and its layout has been approved by the venue and is setup with health and safety at its core.  Movement of tables can cause narrowing of isles which is not only annoying for your customers but may impede exit during an emergency.

Can I bring my props?

You must obtain prior written permission from us.

Are shelves and backing boards allowed?

Yes, as long as they are safe, secure, within your pitch area, and not attached to the venue walls.

When can I setup and where do I park?

Setup Times:

- You can set up on Friday, 17th October 2025, between 1pm and 4pm.

- Setup is also available from 6:45 am on the event day (Saturday).

Important Timings:

- Loading doors close at 9 am, so all unloading must be completed by then.

- Patrons will be admitted from 9:30 am.

- Pack down begins at 4:30 pm.

Parking & Access:

- Free parking is available directly behind the Main Arena.

- A 6-metre-wide loading door is available for access.

Support:

- Marshalls will be on-site from 6:45 am to 6 pm to assist and direct you.

Please Note:

- If you are located in the Activities Hall, setup is only available on Saturday.

Please note that all guest appearances are subject to change due to professional or personal commitments. While SPALDING COMICON has no control over these circumstances, we will always do our utmost to secure a replacement guest in the event of a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
